Overview
Timmons Group has been a part of the Quarterpath at Williamsburg development project since its inception. Quarterpath is a 358-acre mixed-use development proposed by Riverside Healthcare Association and is located on the Quarterpath property at Route 199 and 60 across from the entrance to Kingsmill. The Aura at Quarterpath apartments occupy the center of the development and include one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments. On site amenities include a clubhouse, theater, media room, resort-style swimming pool, sundeck, and outdoor kitchen with grills and TV. Timmons Group provided a number of services for this community, including due diligence, site development plans, construction documents, stormwater management, public utilities, and a grading plan to maximize parking arrangements, building entrances, sidewalks, and landscape areas.
The non-residential component of the development is the Doctors’ Hospital of Williamsburg, which was designed to meet future medical and health care needs for the fast growing Williamsburg area.
