Overview

Abbington on Mount Holly is a newly constructed community consisting of 102 family LIHTC income restricted apartments, consisting of 4, three and four-story residential buildings and a community building on 8.6 acres of land. The project was provided with gap financing and has income limits enforced by the City.
Timmons Group provided wetland delineation and confirmation, preliminary site layout and permitting assistance, final construction documents and construction administration.
