AAA’s Car Care Centers are full-service auto maintenance and repair shops, owned and operated by AAA. For AAA’s expansion across Virginia and Maryland, Timmons Group was the civil engineer of choice for their multi-site retail development program. Timmons Group provided field services, such as existing conditions survey, geotechnical engineering, utility location survey, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment; site plan preparation that included grading and drainage, erosion control plans, utility plans and storm drainage profiles; and construction administration services for multiple locations.
