Our approach enables developers and tenants to focus their time on program management instead of tending to the civil design.

When we embark on a new multi-site delivery program, we establish a Program Manager for your site to understand the building prototype and development standards to ensure consistent delivery. Our Program Manager works with our Project Managers and Principals in each Timmons Group office to ensure consistency of product and added value of local knowledge. Our dedicated team utilizes our Tier System to identify client risks and rewards. We synchronize the delivery of our services with your contractual deadlines and the land transaction schedule. We take deliberate steps to calibrate the soft cost exposure with decreasing risk thresholds as due diligence and site plans advance. From the initial test fitting to occupancy and delivery, we adapt each retail program to the needs of the tenant’s rollout plans.
