Overview
Timmons Group prepared HUD Environmental Review Records (ERRs) in accordance with 24 CFR Part 58.35(a) for four roadway improvement projects located in Norfolk, Virginia, under their Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), for which the determined level of environmental review for each was Categorical Exclusion per Part 58.5 (CEST). Within the project scope, Timmons Group also conducted the HUD 8-step process for one of the projects that was determined to lie within the 100-year floodplain. Upon completing the ERRs, Timmons Group prepared a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds for each project.
