East 51 Apartments were constructed as part of the third phase of Rocketts Landing, amaster planned community in the City of Richmond and Henrico County, Virginia. Timmons Group provided site / civil design services for East 51 and infrastructure improvements, opening opportunities for future development within Rocketts Landing. Improvements include extending Old Main Street and designing two additional roads, Old Delaware and Old Charles to County standards, associated streetscapes and utility extensions for water,sanitary and storm sewers. Additionally, turn lane improvements were designed along Old Osborne Turnpike (State Route 5), a major thoroughfare into downtown Richmond.
