Overview
New Realm Brewing Company (formerly Green Flash Brewing Co.) opened its Virginia Beach doors in 2018. This $20 million facility includes a 58,000 square-foot brewery, family-friendly tasting room, 44,000 square-foot outdoor beer garden, food trucks, retail store, private event room and garden.
Timmons Group worked with The Miller Group on this project, and provided landscape architecture, site engineering and construction administration services. One of the highlights of this project is the family friendly and pet friendly outdoor spaces surrounding the brewery and production facility. These areas provide space for recreation, including an active lawn area and kid’s lawn, an event lawn space, bocce ball courts, a large retractable pergola, fire pits and picnic tables making it the ultimate destination for relaxation.
