Overview
Timmons Group worked with C.A. Harrison Companies, LLC and Pennrose Properties, LLC to redevelop five building containing the former RJ Reynolds Plant 64 tobacco building into an adaptive reuse apartment project, now one of the trendiest complexes in Winston-Salem. Located off of Linden Street in the heart of Downtown Winston-Salem, Plant 64 Apartments includes 243 apartment units and features a seasonal salt water pool, outdoor theater, fire pits, sundeck, fitness center, indoor basketball court, and business center.
Timmons Group provided surveying, site-civil engineering design, landscape architecture, and construction administration services.
