Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture and construction administration services for the 47,000 square foot health care facility opened to serve residents east of the city. The Medical Park includes a two-story ambulatory healthcare building, as well as multi-tenant facilities for a general practice clinic for exam and technical rooms, laboratory, access to MRI, CT scanning, X-rays and a pharmacy shared by two onsite clinics.
