Overview
Timmons Group developed site plans for the maintenance building and pre-release center expansion. These plans utilize some of the existing stormwater management pond capacity and the layout ultimately affects the location of the recreational access road.
Timmons Group provided engineering support for the expansion of the jail to include Pods 4 and 5. This project is adjacent to the access road and will require some modification of the stormwater management pond and will require an upgrde to an existing pump station and infrastructure which ties into the Hopewell system.
