Overview
Timmons Group provided site engineering, landscape design, and local agency permitting services associated with the expansion of the existing mall. The project features the addition of a Barnes and Noble bookstore, Red Robin restaurant, and Ulta store. In addition to these prominent national tenant additions, the entire side of the mall will receive façade upgrades and extensive hardscape, landscape, and parking enhancements to create a unique shopping experience second to none in the region. The mall is located in the fast-growing Onslow County just a few miles from Camp Lejeune, the largest Marine Corps base on the East Coast. Jacksonville is also home to a growing population of retired military personnel and is in close proximity to the Atlantic Coast.
