Overview
This project included all survey, design and construction phase services necessary for the relocation of an existing town street to accommodate a new residence hall and athletic facilities on the campus of Randolph-Macon College. The project also included various street connections, the extension of Center Street (parallel to a CSX railroad line) and sidewalks along all roadways. All work was performed in accordance with appropriate VDOT and Town of Ashland standards.
