Cost Plus World Market teamed with Ellis-Gibson Development to build a 500,000 square foot distribution center. Timmons Group provided engineering services for the development of the park.
The center, located on a 40-acre parcel within the Shirley T. Holland Industrial Park, ships merchandise to many of its 118 stores located in 18 different states. Our team worked with the developer, contractor and architect on this fast track design-build team. Our team was involved from the initial meetings in Oakland, California to the final dedication of the building.
The Isle of Wight County Industrial Development Authority is the developer of the industrial park.
