Overview
Hancock Village is an 87 acre open air retail mixed use development in Chesterfield County, Virginia, featuring over 530,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with a focus on creating a pedestrian-friendly shopping environment through enhanced streetscapes and architectural themes throughout the center. The second phase is slated to include a large office component or residential use with townhomes.
The proposed development, Hancock Village, will result in a combination of contiguous retail commercial frontage and stand-alone restaurant and retail structures. Frontage along the southern portion of the project area would be developed as a townhome community. Access roadway features and infrastructure would be included within the project boundaries.
Activities included permitting support with state and local review agencies, site programming, client and design team liaison, coordination with numerous tenants, overseeing site plan production for the entire development including offsite improvements, project scheduling, sub-consultant coordination, and value engineering.
