The LEED v4.1 updates for Building Design and Construction features positive modifications that address energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, material selection, site selection and day lighting – qualities we are passionate about achieving as we design for the future of our communities.
Through our design experience on a few recent ongoing projects, such as two new high school designs in Henrico County pursuing LEED Silver Certification, and two new elementary schools in the City of Richmond pursuing LEED Silver Certification, we’ve developed an understanding of these changes and how they impact future projects.
