Timmons Group was responsible for assisting with the completion of civil construction documents and permitting for Fairview Park Subdivision, a proposed 100-lot residential development and new home community in Cary, NC.
Timmons Group was also responsible for assisting with the completion of required traffic signal upgrade designs due to the construction of the proposed development.
The project included
- Design of meandering greenway trail along property frontage
- Site development for new residential lots and associated street
- Roadway Design and permitting for all proposed internal streets
- Erosion Control Detail Calculations
- Off-site road improvement plans
- Water system design and permitting
- Sewer system design and permitting
- Traffic signal upgrade designs / and electrical detail designs for the intersection adjacent to property
