Overview
Timmons Group worked with the project architect, Odell Associates, on this project for the University of Virginia (UVA) Foundation. The project initially involved the design of a 185,000 square foot medical office building, ancillary parking facilities, parking deck and a pedestrian walkway at the University of Virginia medical campus in Charlottesville, VA.
To date, only the parking garage has been completed, but building design began in January 2009. The parking garage has more than 1,000 new spaces throughout seven parking levels, including 6.5 levels above grade.
