Overview
Timmons is currently providing CMT and SI services for the construction of the new 115,877 SF Swift Creek Elementary school in Smithfield that will be a part of Johnston County Public Schools. These services included pond construction, utility backfill, and foundation inspections for the multistory building along with concrete, steel reinforcement, structural steel, and masonry inspections Timmons also provided preliminary geotechnical services as part of the Architect’s design team.
