Land Development

The Publix Super Market at Bartlett Station, located in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, opened its doors on January 15th, becoming the fourth Publix location in the Hampton Roads area. The 50,000+ square-foot store is situated at 22449 Spadea Way, just off Carrollton Boulevard.

Publix, a Florida-based grocery store chain celebrated for its exceptional cleanliness, fresh, in-store prepared foods, and helpful staff, has been strategically expanding its footprint beyond its Florida and Georgia roots.

Timmons Group provided comprehensive land development services for this project, including civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration services.

With extensive experience partnering with national retailers, developers, and design-build contractors, Timmons Group specializes in delivering multi-site retail projects that prioritize strategy, consistency, and efficiency. Our team understands the intricacies of multi-site programs, allowing developers and tenants to focus their time on program management instead of tending to the civil design.
