Steve is a Senior Project Manager in the Traffic Analysis & Planning Group with over two decades of experience in multiple transportation and traffic engineering areas. His expertise includes transportation impact studies, access management studies, signal warrant studies, corridor studies, operation studies, safety analysis, signal timings, and shared parking analysis.
He provides our clients (both public and private) with detailed transportation analyses to accommodate all users of our roadway systems. Steve is also involved with long-range planning and helping localities evaluate the impact of future growth on the public infrastructure.
Steve lives in Midlothian, VA, with his wife, Jordan, and their three children (Guy, Henry, and Tate). Outside of work, he can be found coaching his kids’ sports teams, working in the yard, paddleboarding on the river, or being a part of Redeemer Episcopal Church.

Where did you grow up? Downingtown, PA (outside of Philly)—home of the Whippets!
What was your first job? Working for my dad in the summer pruning trees and bushes
What is a favorite Timmons Group project that you’ve worked on? Springline—the mixed-use development that will be our new office home. My team did the traffic impact analysis, the shared parking analysis, and some MOT analysis for the project.

What would your last meal be? Picking crabs and drinking beer with family and friends.
What is something about you that many people don’t know? My family nickname is Stitch as I have had stitches over a dozen times. My dad still calls me Stitch to this day.
