Overview
Located near the expanding Sauer Center development, 900 North Allen Apartments offers 300 luxury units and amenities including a dog park, pool, fitness center, lounge, co-working stations, and garage. The community is being built in one of Richmond’s opportunity zones as part of a federal initiative to spur investment in economically distressed areas.
Timmons Group’s landscape architecture team designed the dog park, courtyard, pool, and diverse plantings for the site. The high-end amenities feature gabion seat walls, pool cabanas, fire pits, lounge areas, and passive green space.
