Overview
Timmons Group provided civil engineering, environmental, surveying, permitting, bid assistance, and construction administration services for the replacement of Anne Moncure Elementary School for Stafford County Public Schools. The property was 23 acres in total, but only 14 acres were disturbed for this project. In addition to the new 3-story 106,450 square foot building, sitework included parking, parent drop-off, bus loop, basketball court, walking track, multipurpose field, playgrounds, outdoor classrooms, trail, offsite water/sewer extensions, road improvements, and bioretention for stormwater management.
