DBIA; and Bruce Strickland, PE, Assoc. DBIA.
Adam Carroll, PE, LEED AP serves as the group leader for Timmons Group’s Greensboro, North Carolina office. He is experienced in designing for both public and private clients, and his project experience includes commercial site plans, multifamily developments, infrastructure design, federal military projects, K12, and higher education projects.
Bryan Corcoran leads Timmons Group’s Information Technology (IT) Department. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working for large companies designing and implementing IT solutions. He has extensive knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Software, and Cloud Platforms.
Michael Edwards, PMP is a senior project manager on Timmons Group’s Geospatial Technology Asset Management team. He has considerable experience providing enterprise system design consulting for clients from various sectors, including public utilities, state and local governments, and private industry.
Dan Jamison, PE leads Timmons Group’s Renewables and Energy Design team in Richmond and has over two decades of experience, having led projects for commercial, residential, higher education, and renewable energy clients. His key responsibilities include certifying that the design and construction for renewable energy sites meet standard practices, providing hydrologic analyses, and providing engineering review.
Kevin O’Meara, PE, RSP is a senior project manager in Timmons Group’s Transportation Design Group where he manages a wide range of roadway and drainage improvement projects. Kevin has significant experience managing roadway widening, new roadway, and sidewalk and shared-use path improvement projects, often with complex drainage and stormwater management components. Kevin has become known as one of Virginia’s leading experts in the inspection and design of guardrail and roadside barriers.
Matt Neely, PWD leads the natural resources consulting section of Timmons Group’s Environmental Services team in Richmond. He offers over 15 years of experience in environmental assessments, environmental regulations, wetlands delineation, and permitting. Matt maintains successful and effective relationships with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, and has provided services on over 30+ airports in the Commonwealth of Virginia and Maryland.
Nathan Reeves, PE leads Timmons Group’s Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Services team. He is experienced in a variety of conventional geotechnical explorations, including foundation design, slope stability analyses, pavement design, foundation construction testing, drilling explorations, and soil testing.
Clint Shifflett, PE is a senior project manager in Timmons Group’s Charlottesville office. He has nearly two decades of experience designing and leading teams for public land development projects in a variety of markets including commercial, residential, and industrial. Clint’s project duties include directly working with clients, staff, and consultants to develop complete site plans that include site grading, wet and dry utilities, storm sewer, landscaping, and stormwater management.
Nick Soucie, PE, Assoc. DBIA has over a decade of experience advocating for his clients and leading project teams to deliver public and private transportation projects across the Richmond region. As a senior project manager on Timmons Group’s Transportation Design team, Nick’s areas of expertise include locally administered projects, economic development, construction administration, roundabouts, innovative intersections, and other multimodal facilities.
Bruce Strickland, PE, Assoc. DBIA is a senior project manager in Timmons Group’s Water Infrastructure team. He has over a decade of comprehensive experience with planning and design of water and wastewater systems and has successfully managed teams for a multitude of projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, and replacement. Bruce’s specialties include linework, pump stations, storage tanks, and water supply wells.
