Craig Kotarski, a seasoned professional engineer who also manages Timmons Group’s Charlottesville office, will oversee the new Roanoke office. As a principal at the firm with nearly two decades of experience, Craig has played a key role in delivering new land development and infrastructure projects across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, K-12 and higher education, municipal, residential, and commercial developments.
