Located just north of Interstate 540 on Gresham Lake Drive, the new complex will feature garden-style apartments across five buildings, including amenities such as a pool, a clubhouse, and a picnic area. The community will also provide a direct walking path to the Durant Nature Preserve, a 250-acre haven featuring trails, wildlife, and serene greenery. Among those in attendance was Raleigh Mayor Janet Cowell, who championed the efforts of everyone involved in the project, as did many other speakers.
