Richmond, VA — July 22, 2024 — Timmons Group is proud to welcome Jill Thibault, MBA, PMP to serve as the firm’s newest addition to the Telecommunications Business Development Team, focusing on Design Engineering and Construction services in Virginia and surrounding areas.
Thibault’s expertise is focused on various contracting vehicles used to deliver quality results to local communities and organizations through innovative designs, engineering, and quality construction delivery. Her extensive background encompasses organizational program planning, start up, funding, management, standardization, automation, scheduling, and budgeting through closeout. She focuses on delivering with intention while forging new partnerships.
Focusing the past six years on bringing broadband to rural America, Thibault implements clients’ visions by supporting a PMO team on all aspects of a project’s lifecycle, from inception through turnover, maintenance, and ongoing BAU programs. FTTH planning, funding, engineering, and construction require subject matter expertise at each milestone. Thibault’s passion to make an impact by driving growth without sacrificing standards, timelines, budgets, reporting, or funding streams allows her to secure meaningful partnerships through delivery.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and obtaining her MBA from Columbia Southern with a concentration in Project Management, Thibault has fulfilled various roles from accounting, operations, program and project management, quality control, compliance, safety, process improvement, contracts, preconstruction, and business development for the past 20 years.
