Techtronic Industries (TTi), a global manufacturing company, began construction in 2018 of their new 300k square-foot office and product development facility in Anderson County, South Carolina. Completed in 2019, the project brought an additional 250 jobs to Anderson County and serves as a signature building on TTi’s corporate campus.

Located near the intersection of I-85 and Highway 81, the 37-acre site also includes an elevated parking structure, walking trails, and an athletic field to accommodate TTi’s employees.

Timmons Group largely contributed to the project’s design, providing comprehensive civil engineering design services. The Timmons Group team developed the conceptual site and utility master plan for the property and prepared detailed construction documents, including the site layout and circulation plan, utility infrastructure plan, and grading and stormwater management plan.

In 2020, TTi Innovation Center was awarded Metl-Span Building of the Year.
