Located in the Fort Norfolk community of Downtown Norfolk, Lofts at Front Street Apartments is situated on the banks of the Elizabeth River, offering unmatched views of the water.

 

 

Sitting on 4.5 acres, the five-story apartment building features 258 units supported with high-end finishes, granite countertops, oversized windows with 360-degree views, and stainless steel appliances. Shared amenities like a riverfront fitness center and pool, clubhouse, rooftop observation deck, secure bicycle storage, and bark buildings support residents’ active lifestyles.

 

 

The Lofts at Front Street community is near the Elizabeth River Trail, which abides by Norfolk’s 2030 plan to grow the City’s multimodal transportation options.

 

 

Timmons Group provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and survey services for this project. The design incorporated features to withstand severe weather events while providing a walkable and livable environment.
