Timmons Group worked with ADW Architects to provide full civil engineering and landscape architectural design services on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Central Division Station in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.

The scope of the project included site design of the 3-story, 30,000 SF building along with a partial subgrade parking deck, and design of sanitary sewer, water distribution, and storm sewer systems for the facility. The project was awarded a LEED Gold certification in February of 2022.

From this design, Timmons Group completed Construction Documents for jurisdictional approval and performed Construction Administration services through project completion. We provided bidding coordination for this CMAR project. The $26M project was completed in January 2021.
