Market Square IV, also known as Market Woods, is an affordable senior housing community located in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Timmons Group began working on the apartment community in July 2018 for Better Housing Coalition, along with team members Winks Snowa Architects, and UrbanCore Construction, and the community was completed in September 2020.

The project was made possible by the VHDA LIHTC Program and other funding sources secured by Better Housing Coalition.

Timmons Group provided a variety of engineering, landscape architecture, geotechnical investigations, and survey services for the community, including due diligence, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary & topo surveying, site planning,  landscape architecture, -Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, water system hydraulic analysis, construction administration & permitting assistance, and other geotechnical services.

The community offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and is located directly on the bus line in the Winchester Greens campus, which provides safe ease of access to local conveniences for its 55 and up community members. The campus provides attractive and affordable homes with many amenities, including community rooms and lounges with fireplaces, on-site laundry, off-street parking, and landscaped courtyards.
