Tony Kakoullis, PE Joins Timmons Group as Senior Project Manager

Tony Kakoullis joined Timmons Group in fall 2021 as a senior project manager in the firm’s stormwater services group. He has almost three decades of experience in hydrologic & hydraulic modeling, BMP design, green infrastructure design, hydraulic analysis of bridge crossings, bridge scour, storm drain design, erosion & sediment control design, floodplain analysis, regulatory permitting, and MS4 Permit compliance. Tony has led design teams on multiple infrastructure projects in the Virginia, DC, and Maryland regions.
