The Jamestown Apartment Flats feature 269 units spread across the property, making it the largest apartment community in the Manchester submarket.

The property is designed with the avid Richmonder’s experiences in mind with a variety of scenic overlooks of the James River and downtown Richmond, direct access to local Buttermilk trail and Potterfield Bridge, and a rooftop lounge.

Community members can experience a selection of on-premise lifestyle amenities like the resort-style cabana and pool, mail room, outdoor grilling stations and lounge seating, a sky media room with cocktail tables and TVs, fully supplied office space and conference room, and a two-story 24-hour fitness and yoga studio with access to a rock wall and spin room. Pet parents are also equipped with a fenced pet park, agility course, and pet spa for washing and grooming.

The 269 apartments feature a mixture of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

The development also includes three four-story buildings and three rows of three-story townhomes and features gated resident parking, and 10,000 SF of club space for residents and events.
