Picture This: Bretton Woods Stream Restoration

Timmons Group provided a variety of environmental, design and survey services for the Bretton Woods stream channel in Henrico County, Virginia.

The Timmons Group environmental and stormwater teams provided permanent maintenance limits for easement plats, delineated existing wetlands, provided environmental permitting, designed engineering solutions, assisted with the bidding process, assisted in construction administration, performed field visits, and provided as-built survey for the restoration.

The Bretton Woods Stream Restoration project is situated on 2 acres in Henrico County between Warren Road and Woodland Road near Leander Drive. The total combined length of the reaches after restoration is estimated to be 1,050 feet. The project is located in the Brookland Magisterial District.
