Richmond East End welcomed its newest community grocery store, The Market at 25th, at the end of April and has been celebrating success ever since. The independent full-service grocery store serves as the anchor for the mixed-use center, which also includes 42 apartments and 16,300 SF of additional retail space.
Not only does the grocery store provide access to healthy, fresh foods, but it also serves as a community hub for food demonstrations, family fun days, chef features, family cooking classes, and events for kids.
Timmons Group provided site/civil design, planning/layout, landscape architecture, and geotechnical, survey, and CMT services to this project.
