Located in the Congress Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC., the new 4,200 seat Entertainment and Sports Arena opened its doors in September of 2018.

The venue is the new home of the WNBA Washington Mystics and NBA G. League Team, Capital City Go-Go. It is also the official practice facility of the NBA Washington Wizards. In addition to acting as a professional basketball arena and training facility, the Entertainment Sports Arena also serves as a multi-purpose venue featuring sports, entertainment, and community events.

Timmons Group served as a subconsultant to Gilbane Building Company providing surveying services including building control, monitoring, construction layout, and planimetrics.

The 118,000 SF facility is creating an exciting new sports and entertainment district in the area and is estimated to attract over 380,000 new attendees per year.
