Serving as the centerpiece for Magnolia Green, a top selling resort-inspired community, the 13,700-square-foot facility is now open. The Clubhouse includes 4,800 square feet of event space, including a wedding ceremony lawn, a full-service restaurant, and private dining areas, all with viewpoints of the surrounding golf course.
The golf course, completed in 2015, has already gained nationwide attention when it was ranked as a Golf’s Digest Top 10 Best New Courses when it opened.
Timmons Group worked with iStar Financial on the project to provide survey and civil engineering services, which included a practice putting green, stormwater BMP wetlands and waterfall, parking, and a wedding green. The Branch Group served as the general contractor.
Timmons Group has been working with Magnolia Green for over 17 years.
